These terms govern your use of the Limitless Marketing website. Services we deliver to clients are governed by the separate written agreement signed with that client, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Use of this website

You may view and use this site for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

Information on this site

The content here describes our services in general terms. It is not advice, and it is not an offer or a guarantee of any particular result. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, and your own sales process.

Client engagements

Work is performed under a written agreement setting out scope, fees, term, and notice periods. Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform unless the agreement states otherwise. Either party may end an engagement according to the notice terms in that agreement.

Intellectual property

The Limitless Marketing name, this site, and its content are our property or are used with permission. Work product created for a client is addressed in that client's agreement. You may not copy or reuse material from this site without our written permission.

Third-party platforms

Our services involve platforms operated by third parties, including advertising networks and software vendors. Those platforms set their own policies and may change or suspend access at their discretion. We are not responsible for the acts or decisions of those third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from a client engagement is limited as set out in that client's written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
